La description

BAP Technologies Ltd is looking to fill a position. It requires a good knowledge of accounting, customer service and problem solving skills. The primary focus of this position is train and answer questions on the accounting functions of our travel management software.

Since we help businesses grow, it is important to have an understanding of business and processes. This includes sales, production/operations, accounting, and financial reporting into a single, integrated software platform. It is imperative that you have a thorough understanding of accounting and business operations.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all of our Software’s and Products • Provide personalized customer support via telephone, email, and the web • Maintain and use confidential customer information • Conduct stand-up training in our main office or on-site training at customers’ locations • Provide consulting services commensurate with your skill level
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor's Degree or experience in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or Management
MUST:
• Training aptitude and experience • Software & Technology aptitude and literacy • Work and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of Accounting Software such as Sage Saari, QuickBooks • Accounting Education - Formal or on Job • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving • Ability to learn quickly and autonomously • Function with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Positive attitude and lots of energy
• Professional and courteous manner in all forms of communication • Good accounting knowledge and practice • Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment • Handle pressure and competing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
