YOUR MISSION



Management :

  • Manage a sales team supervisors & sales rep
  • Build high performing team
  • Develop talent
  • Ensure the recruitment, training and development daily via duo coaching

Development & Activation :

  • Responsible for the Kpi’s of the zone(Coastal and West Cameroon), setting goals and time frames for their achievement
  • Ensure the development and the achievements of the Kpi’s
  • Developing criteria to measure route performance versus their goal
  • Build action plan for the team and help the team building & achieve the targets
  • Responsible for the service package translating into simple Kpi’s
  • Responsible of full Trade activation plan across sales channels

Reporting :

  • Ensure weekly & monthly reporting to the management
  • Is transparent with the hierarchy
  • Is willing to propose, to recommend on the organization, the teal animation & activation




PROFILE

  • Education: BSC Degree (Bachelor of science) in Sales/Marketing
  • Work Experience: with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar function, ideally in the FMCG.
  • Skills: Project management, team management, knowledge in group and meeting facilitation, advance knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • License : Drive License Cat. B
  • Know-how:
