Main Responsibilities :
  • Work closely with our logistic providers to ensure at top-notch E2E logistic from China to our warehouse
  • Prepare all documents required for overseas air shipments
  • Work with our warehouse and logistic teams to reduce average delivery time to our customers
  • Check with our Finance team all the invoices and payments done to our sellers and logistic providers
  • Constantly improve our customer experience (packages, labels, delivery time etc.)
  • Coordinate with CS to handle customer requests for Jumia Global items (aftersales experience, wrong content etc.)
  • Manage all stakeholders of Jumia Global in your country (Content, Onsite, IT, Finance, CS, logistics, marketing) and in China (Commercial and Ops team).
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • 3 - 5 years in Custom Clearance and Project Management
  • Strong experience in general exporting processes
  • Ability to carry projects E2E
  • Rigorous and very reliable:
  • Systematically meets the commitment and procedure
  • Strong analytical skills (proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory)
  • Ability to meet demanding targets
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong drive and leadership skills
  • Perfect communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Fluently speaks English & French
  • Exceptional organizational skills
