Vendor Support Center Agent - Jumia - Fixed Term (6 months)

Main Responsabilities :
  • Assist Selling processes for our Vendors and generate additional Sales;
  • Coordinate information to Vendors browsing our backends during store discovery, order and checkout. Including after shop management support;Perform phone conversation with Vendors to answer their questions, provide information and advise them;
  • Handle special requests and complaints of Vendors;
  • Collect and store useful data within our backend system;
  • Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.
