Enhance and monitor commercial execution in close collaboration with cluster team and in line with Global commercial execution strategy;
Lead efforts to maximize sales force impact across franchises by delivering common platforms for improvement, enhancing exchange of ideas and practices from global to local and across franchises and ensuring minimum common standards;
Close tracking of sales effectiveness key performance indicators (productive utilization of FF, performance tracking & improvement with outcomes based approach (Market Share, sales), Call Plan Adherence, Incentive Schemes, Sales tools), analysing issues and determining intervention needs with the countries, ensuring adequate product life cycle support;
Support continuous upgrade of the marketing function via development of capabilities and implementation of global initiatives;
Coordinate roll out of key global sales and marketing excellence initiatives, in close collaboration with Regional Commercial Execution and local Commercial Execution Heads: Manager upskilling, Coaching, Call execution, Marketing upskilling; tracking (e-)training completion;
Coordinate projects across the different countries and brands, provides technical expertise and project management to the cross functional teams for locally initiated digital projects, leads vendor selection and management in alignment with Global Commercial Execution. Main interface to global technical functions to assure project compliance;

Male/female At least 27 years of age ;
BSc in Accounting or Finance or any other equivalent diploma;
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in in accounting/Finance or any equivalent domain;
Have a very good command of accounting software and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...).
Be perfectly bilingual
